I didn’t plan to rebuild my life, but life forced my hand.
In 2017, a rare brain illness left me navigating double vision, blinding pain and the fear I might lose my sight. I healed slowly, stubbornly but carried on surviving instead of living.
Then in 2023, grief changed everything. Losing my nephew cracked my whole world open. Therapy became a lifeline and somewhere in the mess, I finally started meeting myself for the first time.
I learned how childhood shapes adulthood.
How survival mode can look like “functioning”.
And how breaking can sometimes become the beginning.
Now I’m sharing the journey; the healing, the resilience, the lessons, and the bravery so you don’t have to wait for a wakeup call to change your life.
You can start now.
In tiny steps.
In imperfect ways.
In your own time.
